Feelin' sick

Ella has been sick for the past week. So sick. We took her to the vet but they couldn't do much. She was having trouble breathing, she was draining a watery/blood mucus from her nose constantly and dripping it ALL OVER our carpets, she was coughing and feeling VERY lethargic and she was having hallucinations. This past week with Ella being sick was very hard. I don't have any kids but I have a dog and I think that's all I want for right now thank you very much.

This morning though she suddenly snapped out of it and ate her food from 2 days ago. I took her on a walk and she was loving it. When I turned around to go home she sat down and said 'no way I'm going home yet, I finally feel good and am staying out here Mom!'
Phew, I'm so glad she feels better. A HUGE burden and worry has been lifted off our shoulders. Poor dogs, they should never have to get sick.
