Our one year anniversary came and went and we didn't even think about our wedding cake! Eric, the most awesome husband and person that he is, woke up on Jan. 20, 2009 (our 13 monthersary) and made me a pancake, egg, sausage breakfast before I went to work. Then, when I got home candles (in the above picture) were lit and food was ready to eat. Eric made me a delicious curry dinner and surprised me. See ladies how lucky I am!! Then we dug into our wedding cake (we only saved a slice) and it was surprisingly still good!
