Eric did it! He got into RVUCOM (Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine) in Parker, CO. He got the acceptance call Friday (2/20/09) afternoon. I couldn't be more happy for him. Here's our dilemma though: He didn't get into the University of Utah. I applied to two schools in Utah and haven't heard back from them yet. Eric got into his Colorado med school but I didn't get into CU-pharmacy school (Colorado University). Eric still has an interview at LECOM (Lake Erie, PA) but I didn't get into LECOM. In the end I bet we'll end up in CO. I don't think I have much of a fighting chance anymore. But I can still apply next year as an in-state resident while working on my resume to build it up.
For Eric's celebratory dinner, we went to an Italian restaurant in South Jordan.I'm so proud of my hard working, smart, adorable husband!! Good job Eric!!!

Congrats you guys! This is a busy crazy time for you. Things will work out how they are supposed to, you know that, but hang in there and good luck. Let us know as soon as you figure it all out. We love you!
